Blocking Reserved IP's



I noticed on a few firewall scripts there was a section to block reserved
IP's. Unfortunately now that @home is no longer around cox was issued a
large portion of the 068/8 network. Also Quest owns a large portion of 067/8
network. Most of the firewall scripts that block the IANA reserved list
(http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv4-address-space) have not been updated
for over a year. So I took the list and tried to make a new block list. Any
comments on my subnet masks is greatly appreciated (I make mistakes).
