This was not my first mail about this to the list master. Furthermore,
this was even raised in the list:

I would never consider taking such actions had the list master bothered
doing anything about this.

Because I'm not the only subscriber sending messages to the list.
The subscribers should not get the bounces of the list: the list manager
should get them, because the list master can do something about this, and
normal subscribers can only forword those messages to the list master.
I have forwarded those messages a number of times to the list master.
