As others may also have replied (I have not yet read the whole
thread), there is the Linux Router Project, which is just
that: a floppy based distribution for constructing gateways
	and firewalls.

On the other hand, I've been thinking of doing something
similar, but not with a floppy, but with flash ram (actually,
this idea occured me when I was looking at constructing an
economic, yet versatile MP3 player, but building a router with
no moving parts would be economic in terms of energy, I
	think).

	So, my questions are:

1 - Does anybody know what are the possible brands of flash
ram which are supported under Linux?

	2 - Where could I buy them?

Thank you very much for any hints to the questions above, Roger...
