That's *exactly* my point.

Do you know how many mails per day are sent to the netfilter list,
complaining that Netfilter broke Hotmail, etc? There's enough people out
there confused *without* Debian setting a default value like this; IMHO it
should default to 0. This becomes doubly important when you consider
Progeny; like Corel, it pushes Debian out to the average user.
