[galaeasy.005608@mail.galactica.it: Bytes counter with iptables]

you should periodically read and store the counters somewhere anyway.
I do it once per hour by read-and-clear operation with cron, so in the
case of reboot I loose the last hour data in the worst case.

Hi to all!

I have a question about packets & bytes counter made with iptables:

my problem is that when I reboot my firewall i lost all the counters stored with iptables.
