Whats' the different between those Bridge....

Hi all,

Actually i'm newbies on Linux Bridge as well as Firewall application and
recently found several patches for different Linux kernel from different
site such as:

1. Benoit Locker      :Frame Diverter v0.461

2. Lennert Buytenhenk :Bridging Code for Kernel 2.2.16-18 and IPchains

I'm really interesting to know what is the different between them, Do i need
to patch them all or there are some combination rule must follow?!!
