Thats the netmask, It's the number of bits, that
are static in the network IP-range. /8 represents
a netmask 255.0.0.0 (formerly known as class A),
/16 = 255.255.0.0 (formerly known as class B),
/24 = 255.255.255.0 (formerly known as class C),
/32 represents a single IP. It can be any number
from 0 to 32 with IPv4.
