Meeting

Firstly, Martijn wants to join the list, could whoever runs it please add him.

Secondly I think that we should have a meeting soonish.

I will be in Colorado from 28th of Oct to 5th of Nov (see 
http://www.softwaresummit.com/ ).  The second Sunday of the month is usually 
the Klaphek meeting, so how about Friday the 10th of November or Saturday the 
11th?
