I'm not sure the law mentions download facilities (I still haven't
read it, due to my horrible time constraints), but sending things by a
distributor is at least problematic. Linuxland and ixos stopped
sending games for GNU/Linux from April 1st. They didn't stop sending
out boxed GNU/Linux distributions, even though they contain
unclassified games like tuxracer or even a problematic doom or quake
variant.
However, what scares me is the mentioning of "demo points" which I
could interpret as booths at an exhibition with a computer that could
be used by visitors, even by underaged ones like the two girls at last
HCT.

Yes, it's meant to prevent people like the guy from Erfurt to run amok
in his school. Unfortunately he was over 18 and was able to purchase
guns and training, which is not covered by this law.
