Ne, ĉar ankaŭ temas pri la enigmetodoj.  La problemo de Thomas estas la
sekvonta: kiel li malfermas dosieron en UTF-8 per
`C-x RET c utf-8 C-x C-f' (`universal-coding-system-argument' kaj
`find-file'), la ne-ASCII literojn nebone afiŝas Emakso (sub X11).  Sed
tio tute bone funkcias ĉe mi, strange.
