Just search Debian via packages.debian.org


The Debian ARM (Strong ARM) port was discontinued a few years ago. The
current port is armel (ARMv5) EABI and the newer port is armhf (ARMv7)
hardware floating point.
I thought armel was armv4t+ 


jetty is not part of Emdebian.
