Actually, the CDC Ethernet, of course. I mistakenly assumed that RNDIS also supported.
Now I should rebuild kernel with RNDIS, or there is a suitable driver for CDC Ethernet gadget?

Hi Dmitry,

"Error 10" is a catch-all for "driver failed to initialize" -- that is,
the driver is loaded properly, but the device did not respond as the
driver expected it. This means the INF file is also working properly.

Are you sure that you are running the RNDIS gadget driver on the
Beagleboard, not the CDC Ethernet one?
