Is emdebian repo broken?

I can't install gcc for weeks:

apache:[/home/dimka]# LANG=C apt-get install -t sid gcc-4.6-arm-linux-gnueabi

gcc-4.5 has the same troubles.

Could anybody say if this is my mistake or this is a bug?
