Re: Unable to install Debian Armel on Qemu.

Oh no!

It installed but when I rebooted the QEMU instance, i got the following error : Kernel panic: - not syncing: VFS Unable to mount root fs on unknown block. :(

I tried using an older kernel as suggested by http://wiki.debian.org/ArmEabiHowto

But still no luck, same error. Any ideas guys?

Hi

I got the latest kernel vmlinuz-2.6.30-2-versatile

I tried running it over QEMU. But I keep getting an error while partitioning my disk. The partition manager fails to partition my disk. Why does this happen?
