RSS packaging feeds?

Does anyone know how to devise a series of RSS feeds from changes in a
repository?

Does anyone want to have a go at converting changes in a Packages.gz
file into an RSS feed?

What I'm looking for is:

1. An RSS news item for each upload to Crush - basically the .changes
file as well as migrations into Crush testing.
2. An RSS news item for each upload run for Grip - a parsed version of
the em_autogrip log to identify what has been updated and *crucially*
the packages that have been automatically migrated to Grip testing.
3. An RSS news item for toolchain updates, including uploads of tools
packages to the toolchain repository.

I'm undecided whether these should be three separate feeds - I don't
think there is enough volume for three, maybe one is sufficient. There
is (so far) one Crush change per day, one Grip change per day (several
hours later) and the other updates are intermittent - at most weekly.

Anyone fancy a little scripting?
