i have installed Debian 4 on my PC, i want to install

Cross toolchain support has been added after Debian 5.0 (lenny) was released. You surely can attempt to build an etch cross-toolchain and even better, you can try to use the right sources.list line for your Debian version:
deb
http://www.emdebian.org/debian etch main
(I am unsure how would that work)
Does anyone know how to fix these errors?
Also i have tried the automatic method but till now i dont know how can i setup emdebian-tools? what is the reprository that i have to write in sources.list ?

Alternatively you can upgrade to lenny.
