 The usbutils-0.73 package fails to build because
of:

 configure: loading cache ../i486-linux-gnu.cache
 configure: error: `CFLAGS' has changed since the previous run: <<<

 configure:   current value: -g -O2 -Os
 configure: error: changes in the environment can compromise the build

 The i486-linux-gnu.cache file is update.
