The short answer is no - but then only a handful of people have worked
with Emdebian on a handful of systems so far.

You will need to do the work yourself on a Debian unstable system or in
a Debian unstable chroot - install emdebian-tools and subversion, follow
the http://wiki.debian.org/EmdebianQuickStart Quick Start guide and use
the current Emdebian patches (with your modifications) to cross build
your own package set.

I currently build Emdebian for ARM on a powerpc processor (I also use
amd64 to build ARM) but I'm not sure about the status of toolchains to
cross build for powerpc, I use toolchains to install on powerpc to cross
build for ARM, not to install on some other arch to cross build for
powerpc.
