[i386] - ntp-4.2.4p4+dfsg - build-depends

 Hi,

Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 6), libedit-dev, libcap-dev | not+linux-gnu, libssl-dev (>= 0.9), quilt (>= 0.40), libc6-dev-i386

 libc6-dev-i386 is really necessary? Can not install it. I
downloaded the file found here[0], but 'dpkg -i' will fail
Did the Build without it.

# dpkg -i libc6-dev-i386_2.7-13_amd64.deb 
dpkg: error processing libc6-dev-i386_2.7-13_amd64.deb (--install):
 package architecture (amd64) does not match system (i386)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 libc6-dev-i386_2.7-13_amd64.deb
