#285569 - any ideas on how to fix?

As you can tell, I've been doing a mini-bug-triage on dpkg-cross. I've
got fixes now for the remaining dpkg-cross bugs, except #285569:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=285569
dpkg-cross: Header file which does not end '.h'

#285569 would be the only bug left in dpkg-cross in Lenny. Is there a
possible fix?
