dpkg-cross 1.37

1.37 is ready in CVS and includes these changes:

  * add support for "cross" -dev packages for non-default libc
  (Closes: #422871)
  * migrate armel support to unstable.
  * [INTL:nl] Dutch po-debconf translation (Closes: #415522)
  * symlinks in linux-header packages are not converted
  (Closes: #379004)

This bumps the dpkg-dev dependency in dpkg-cross to 1.14 to move
armel support from experimental to unstable.

Can anyone test or confirm 379004 - the patch seems harmless to normal
operation but is it necessary still? Are there packages that still
contain useful stuff in /usr/src as far as dpkg-cross is concerned?

Also, #283626 - what is the status of multiarch now? Should this patch
be included or should the bug be closed?

Are there any other bug reports that have been fixed in the interim?

I expect to upload dpkg-cross 1.37 to unstable over the coming weekend.
