Would you suggest to use an µITX Mainboard?

AFAIK they are availlable with Pentium Mobile, but I do not know
where to get it.

OK, for the PostgreSQL I use a FlashDisk (which is definitivly not
real fast) of 4 GByte or 2"5 HDD and 99% is only read access.

I do not need a realy high performance.

I am looking since over 2 years for a realy good solution for a
12x12 Motor-Caravan (for the use in Africa)

Currently I am testing 2 Hitachi 2"5 120 GByte HDD on a 3Ware 3w9xxx
