The OSELAS.BSP() for the phyCORE-PXA270 is also freely available and
supports the MPC5200:

Nope, not debian based as well. But we take care about the fact that our
BSPs are completely transparent, so for example it contains a minimum
patch stack against recent vanilla kernels and you shouldn't have much
problems with integrating the kernel stuff into your favourite distro.
