It is neither a failure nor a stuck -- if you check, right debian/control
with right cross packages has already been created, and it just happens
so that the check for debian/*FFI* is the last in the control rule.
Nevermind, just proceed with dpkg-buildpackage (don't forget to keep
GCC_TARGET exported! :).
