Hi all,This will be the last email about PicoDebian[1] that I'll be sending to public mailing lists. Due to the surprising amount of support I've received in response to my announcement, I have set up a project[2] on SourceForge.net where I'll be moving development to. I've also setup a couple of mailing lists (below) so that interested parties can discuss.
For all of you who don't know what this is about, PicoDebian is a Debian Sarge-based distribution for embedded systems that fits on 32MB of flash and is always mounted read-only.
So, for all of you still interested in PicoDebian, please head to the mailing lists! And if any of you would like to get actively involved, I'll add you to the project.
PicoDebian Users[3]I'm guessing this is where users will go once there are more users than just me.
PicoDebian Development[4] And this should be where we discuss what to do with the project.I realise most people actually want to see something they can use, so I'm actively working on getting at least a preview release out so that people can test it out. Hopefully I'll have something to show by Monday.
Thanks for all the support, folks!
