With a more up-to-date browser I found
 http://www.micronet.com.tw/Products/adsl/SP888B.asp

I couldn't see the serial port, however there are devices at
 http://www.micronet.com.tw/Products/adsl/adsl.asp
that do have serial ports, even some have USB ports.
