?  There are several mailing lists for this already, aren't there?
How about etux@embeddedtux.org?
And then there are all the lists for the embedded distributions,
like debian-embedded, ptxdist@pengutronix.de, Familiar, etc.
And then there's the newsgroup comp.os.linux.embedded.
Not sure we need another one.
