That's an old debugging line that I forgot to remove before commit.
I should double check what I'm committing ...

There was one more bug (actually a typo) that could cause this.
Fixed in CVS.
David, maybe upload the fix to unstable? The first of two mentioned bugs is
very unpleasant because it makes dpkg-buildpackage to fail if target-cpp
binary is available.
