Is debian-embedded appropriate place to discuss dpkg-cross development issues?

Probably we should ask debian-embedded subscribers first? That list was 
created for a slightly different purpose ...

What's debian-embedded community opinion ot this: should we use 
debian-embedded to discuss dpkg-cross development issues, or we should 
create our own list for that?
