Thank you very much for your answer.

My system has 128 Mb USB key and 128 Mb RAM, plenty enough to build a Debian 
router. The board is a fanless VIA Mini-ITX, which can boot from USB key.

I would be very interested in testing your script. Can you send it to 
me,please?
