This seems to be a regression caused by
https://salsa.debian.org/emacsen-team/debian-el/-/commit/67dbe593b650b7748e8cbe93fdb8f0cf883563ad.
I'll test a fix soon.
Meanwhile, you can temporarily add "(require 'debian-el)" or
"(use-package debian-el)" in your init.el as a workaround
