Quack a mode for Racket, Scheme, and other Schemes (Guile).  It is in
neither ELPA nor MELPA.  Now we also have SLIME, Geiser, and
racket-mode, all already elpafied.  I propose a simple drop, unless
someone else wants to maintain the package.
