Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package epl.  EPL stands for 'Emacs
Package Library'.  It provides a convenient high-level API for the
various versions of package.el that are distributed with different
versions of Emacs.  As such it is useful for developing other Emacs
Addons.

I am packaging this as a dependency of pkg-info-el, another ITP of mine.
