Slimming emacs-nox

Jeffrey has suggested removing additional features from emacs-nox to
make it smaller, and so I thought I'd raise the issue here to see what
others think.

configure arguments proposed:

  --with-xml2
  --with-zlib
  --without-x
  --without-sound
  --without-xpm
  --without-jpeg
  --without-tiff
  --without-gif
  --without-png
  --without-rsvg
  --without-imagemagick
  --without-xft
  --without-libotf
  --without-m17n-flt
  --without-xaw3d
  --without-toolkit-scroll-bars
  --without-gpm
  --without-dbus
  --without-gconf
  --without-gsettings

In general, I'm inclined to keep most options that aren't specifically X
related, since the package is "nox", but whether that should include
png, etc. depends in part on how Emacs uses each subsystem.  i.e. if
--with-png isn't strictly for display, but say also allows Emacs/Elisp
to gather information about png files, then we might want to keep it.
I'm also wary about removing gpm, sound, and dbus.  They seem
potentially useful with or without X.

If it turns out that there's enough difference between what we think is
reasonable in an emacs24-nox packages and what we might want in a truly
minimal package, then we could consider adding an emacs24-min or
something, but such an addition should be weighed against the complexity
it introduces.
