The only thing that I have thought of is _adding_
"/usr/share/xemacs21/xemacs-packages/lisp/ibuffer" myself before
"/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacs-goodies-el" (for XEmacs only, of
course).

Weird.  But it would work.
