Apparently the mailcrypt in the proposed-updates directory works.  You
can also download the mailcrypt from sid -- I don't think there would be
any dependency problems, since it's just elisp files.

The reason gnupg conflicts with mailcrypt is that the gnupg interface
changed between the original version from potato, and the new version
that got uploaded to security.
