Dear Maintainer,

As the new independant "gi-docgen" package is now used instead
of the vendored code; these two libraries are not needed anymore:

 python3-toml,
 python3-typogrify

As the same functionality as python3-toml is provided in Python 3.11
standard library, this package will likely be remove
during the Forky development cycle.
