I am setting up the final plumbing to get signed systemd-boot
supported. The most recent upload to sid added maintainer script
handling of signed shim binaries in the ESP as documented above.

By adding alternative dependencies (listed in the second place, so that
GRUB2 has priority) it becomes possible to install shim + systemd-boot
without GRUB2.
