Thanks! With my MIA Team hat on, I'm now closing all other such bug
reports as well now — including #1051688 which seems to have another
cause as "torsten.paul@gmx.de" does not contain a capital letter, but
https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=torsten.paul%40gmx.de works
fine.
