The synopsis of efibootmgr(8) says:

[ -b XXXX ] [ -B XXXX ]

But -B doesn't take an argument; it must be used with -b to specify the 
bootnum to delete.

Example 5 shows the correct usage.

I was just about to work up a patch for this to send upstream, but it
appears to be already fixed! Closing...
