Bug#988059: shim-signed fails to install on non-EFI system

Sure, that should give you no problems. I'm working on this and a few
other fixes now.

Out of curiosity - do you know how you had shim-signed installed in
the first place? I wouldn't expect it to be automatically installed
unless you're on an EFI system.
