Assuming that you're not objecting, I've imported your mokutil repo
into the efi-team space on salsa:

  https://salsa.debian.org/efi-team/mokutil

and added you to the efi-team group too.

There's quite a few updates in upstream mokutil that it would be nice
to have in Debian, so I'm aiming to update soon.
