Dear Maintainer,

I have tested the new version and the only change required is a minor
update of the Makefile patch to account for upstream changes. It seems
to work fine otherwise.

I have submitted 2 MRs, one for the debian branch and one for the
upstream branch, to try and help out and save you some time. Tags
unfortunately cannot be pushed via MRs.
