Bug#920012: fwupd breaks xbox360 controller support

Moving to a newer release is problematic because newer releases need
libxmlb which isn't in Debian and doesn't yet have an ITP or team willing to adopt it yet even.

This commit has been backported to 1_1_X branch so when a 1.1.5 release is released it will be included.
Alternatively this commit can be cherry picked.
