Bug#920013: sbsigntool: please consider packaging latest upstream version 0.9.2

Source: sbsigntool
Version: 0.6-3.2
Severity: wishlist
X-Debbugs-CC: debian-efi@lists.debian.org

Dear Maintainer,

Please kindly consider updating sbsigntool to the latest upstream
version before Buster ships. There have been a number of important
fixes and additions that would be good to have.

For example, the old version has sometimes issues parsing the kernel
signature. Also, the new version adds a convenient sbverify --list that
simply lists all signatures and is useful for a quick (and non
cryptographically secure!) check. Also, it fixes problems with signing
variables for runtime updates of KEK/DB/DBX.

The latest upstream version is 0.9.2:

Thanks!
