Bug#890064: smbios-utils: properly clean up legacy config files



Th warnings come from the dpkg maintscript helper.  You're supposed to put it in all the helper scripts and they show warnings for the prerm IIRC.
I guess a separate upgrade task may be needed to delete the directories then too if empty.
