permissions on efivar git repo borked again

I'm not sure how this keeps on happening, but a bunch of files are 
marked read-only, and I can't fix the permissions on them.

I suspect this is the issue:

Would you mind getting the repo fixed so I can push the last of my 
changes for 0.23-1 (including the tag :)?
