Built and in incoming now. Minor nits on the tag: please sign it, and
did you mean to switch from Debian/0.4-3 to debian/0.4-4 :-)

Steve, thanks, and whoops, I didn't realize that debcommit -r did that wrong.  Should I be using a different tool for making the tag when come release time?  Also since the tag is already pushed publicly should I try to delete it?  Or just going forward do it that way?
