If I remember correctly, the index.html.en is the source of the pot
file, and the other html files are generated from index.html.en and the
po files.  So you have to modify index.html.en and then get all
translators to update their .po file, or just update the link in all the
translation files.

Running 'make' in www/ should regenerate all HTML files from the updated
po files.
