Welcome as translator for Debian Edu documentation to Ukrainian

Hi Марс, and welcome as a translator of the Debian Edu documentation.

I noticed you started translating the Audacity manual to Ukrainian on
Weblate[1].  This is great, and I have already integrated the
translation into the official git repository.
